Coronavirus Update: Until the schools fully reopen for in-person instruction, we have moved our in-person classes to a virtual platform via Zoom. Once schools fully reopen, our in-person classes will resume as well. With that said, we completely understand that e-learning may not work well for all students. If you register for one of our courses and, if for any reason, your student decides to withdraw from the course, please rest assured that you will be issued a refund according to our policy that is outlined below. We thank you for your ongoing support.
Students who withdraw from a class are eligible for a refund. If a student paid with a check, a refund check will be mailed within fourteen (14) days of the termination date. If a student paid with a credit card, a refund will be issued to that credit card within fourteen (14) days of the termination date. The termination date is the date on which Teachers-To-Tutors receives written or verbal notice of a student’s intention to cancel his/her enrollment in a course. For all courses, Teachers-To-Tutors will pay a full tuition refund if the student drops the course prior to its start date. If a student drops a course after the start date, s/he will receive a prorated refund. The prorated refund will be calculated based upon the number of classes the student did not attend. If a student arrives late to class or is repeatedly absent, there shall be no refund or discount for the missed class time. If Teachers-To-Tutors cancels a class a student is enrolled in, we will contact the student via telephone and email with several options to select from including another scheduled class (if one is available). If none of these options work, the student will receive a full tuition refund.
